I have it and now ive played it, and after the 3rd episode Im not sure if I will bother with it anymore.
A short review by someone who has PLAYED the game, and just so you know someone who is a huge fan of the series too.
*The non-origional voice actors are a joke to the point where its laughable
*There really is no point in the jungle as its more linear than a call of duty game
*The 'missions' are all the same, trade water and coconuts for shit with the cast (seriously this comes up again and again and again)
*Just feels like a short recap of series 1 and 2, do yourself a favour and just watch the boxset
*OH GOD! its linear again! cant describe how linear and corridoor it is, not really a game more of a push down a hallway for hours on end with no free-roaming at all
*buggy as hell, Ive had to reload a fair few times due to characters not responding, spazzing out on the spot and general dialogue breaking stuff.
and lots lots lots linear lots lots more |

This isn't anything personal against you madmax17, but why the hell would CONSOLE mean crappy and cramped?!
You want more ground to explore? go play friggin Oblivion and run in your happy random-terrain-generator circles.
Let's just alter the friggin dictionary to say "Also see Crappy" in the general description of the word 'Console.'

i think hes saying consoles dont have enough memory so the areas are restricted in size due to the lack of memory in consoles

Had to send my Asus motherboard that was connected to my 360 burner back because I bought a replacement processor which required a bios flash to work, and when I tried to run the program that Asus provided to upgrade my bios, it frigged my motherboard and now I have to play xbox360 for 6 weeks........

That's it, and why are people surprised it's always been like that, Fable was awfully tight, Kotor, I think it's a sin to make a 'closed' tropical island but this is the best solution for a console, to make an open world like Oblivion work on a console requires some hard-core programming, I guess not this game.

you could probably just have bought a bios chip on the net for a few $ and fixed your board within a few days.
anywya what kind of crap bios update software do they have in motherboards these days? they used to check the new bios wasnt corrupted and make sure it was compatible with the board before it would flash.
the only way you could mess up was with a powercut

As soon as it fucked up, started checking forums for possible solutions, and the amount of people that had fucked up the same way was or wasn't funny depending on your disposition............

From my point of view, no.
Basically, if you're looking for a RPG or a free roaming game, look elsewhere. If you're a fan of the TV series you may enjoy it anyway. Maybe.

Game is ok for fan !
Gfx are the same i saw > pretty ok .
Gameplay is a bit boring but its ok / cutscene are good / split episode too

what a loading fest of a game.
When used to play Crysis, it's hard to forgive this shit. I lost my camera, kate tells me the camera might be in the jungle. But no, mighty JACK is blocking the beach "EXIT" to enter the jungle. He just stands there looking like an idiot.
This really could be an awesome game. Good sound and gfx.Bbut it is really lame and boring. It's hardly a game. Im a LOST fan but im struggleing to keep an interest.
