Is not strange, sometimes some games get leaked before release date, sometimes a scene release appear in same day of release date, and sometimes after release date.
You just have to be a little patience, if you live in U.S you can go to stores right now, and buy it Smile

Both (Subs & AudiO), but I've tested only the English & German Audio. So I can't say if the speakers are the same from the series in the French, Spanish & Italian Installation.

The graphics aren't the same like you've seen on screenshots or trailers... the developers used the GRAW2-Engine, but it don't look like that. I've all effects on maximum with a GF 8800GTX, Core 2 Duo E6850, 4GB DDR2-800 RAM. You also can't explore the island, there only one way
