Can only recomend this one, ok its very expensive but it does deliver the quallity.
Had many S&S pads in the past but I think I will keep this one for a long time. The reason why I say for a long time is that its made out of Fibre polished and anodised aluminum and not plastic that eventually wears down. Also the back of the pad is covered in a thick layer of rubber, this pad will stay wherever you put it, and it will not bulge!

Looks good Razz

However i have never found an use for a pad since i went optical, using a desk that isn't a reflecting surface, and they speak of few tracking problems in that review can you confirm that? Coz i rather make uber quick movements while playing FPS online and I dunno if it would really improve anything in my case.

I myself have the raZer eXactmat (made of aluminium), and it has a different surface for each side. One is Control and the other is Speed. The difference is really notable, i use Control for gaming (actually does help in games like CoD4) and Speed for normal use.

Haven´t tried a Steelpad myself, but they seem good too Smile
