Well went out last night after watching the City vrs United game and had a barney with a mate.
Lucky it didn't come to blows, I'm just so fed up of beer now that everytime i have it something happens what i don't want to happen.
That's it no more beer for me ever again.
Just had to get it off my chest.

Nah is true. Beer is a social drink. He'll be in a pub by Friday. Talking with his mates. Laughing it off. If it were hard liquor i'd agree with him. Hard Liquor is addictive and sooooo gooooooooood. It's hard to quit whiskey Sad at least for me. But beer is a social drink. Only way to quit it is to become anti social. So you're not quitting beer. You're quitting a lifestyle. Which is damn difficult. You'll be back before you know it. Beer it self is easy to quit. But not the life style. It is the life style that gets you a pint. It is the life style that gets you the beer. It is the life style that fucks you over. You cannot quit it. Quitting it, would be like quitting life.. and that there is as gay as two emos fucking!

Drinkings a waste of time. It's one of thousands of social opportunities, why opt for one that can potentially be or lead to danger while you are impaired. For you guys it's probably different because it's part of the culture in a lot of the areas you live in.

Like all these instant gratification substances you feel great until afterward, and the afterward is worse then the during so I don't understand the logic behind getting hammered to that point.

I can't drink as long as I'm in the Gym. Gotsta keep the BF % down for the beach! Laughing

A word to the wise, when it comes to alcohol, it is better to say, I will be slowing down drastically.

That way you don't have to endure the comments of people who will blab your ear off if you fail to never have a drink again.

Not drinking is a good thing. Think about how much free time you would have to do stuff with.
