Yea, there aren't many male squad commanders out there, unless you're in a combat unit.
Though she have been my squad commander for only ~1 day, I think I can tell that she's not the dumb kind of commander, though there are some that are annoyingly dumb.

We got something here called "helvettes uken", witch means "hell's weekend". Very little sleep and food in a weekend living in the woods :\ (the food you eat is the food you catch afaik)
