I'd say it depends on how far you're gonna press it.
It also depends on how stringent your motherboard is.

OCZ - If you want to overclock
Kingston - If you want it to last for a lifetime
Corsair - Sits in the middle of the two above
Depends on what you want to do.

Um, most of these Memory companies all share the same modules so saying one brand will OC better then another is false. The same way an pair of OCZ Green Platinum Nuclear Ion sticks will OC, a pair of Value Ram can do the same.
As someone mentioned find a pair of D9's regardless of what company logo is slapped on it. Memory is memory.

That is quite true since the modules used in brand name memory are probably manufactured by the same company. Having said that, some modules perform (overclock) better than others and thus modules are sorted in 'bins' based on their performance limits. The so-called overclock or peformance memory is made from modules from better performing bins. In essence it is the same chip but on average it will overclock better (a bit like processors) for some reason. And that's why there is a premium on it.
If you're not into overclocking Kingston or some of the economy models from OCZ will do fine.

I <3 Corsair. Never had issues with them. Good choice.
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.
