Would it be possible to use teamspeak during a game and have a normal game with your mate without the gamesound also blasting through your microphone. I am trying to solve this by plugging my speakers into my soundblaster PCI card, and my microphone into my onboard audio? The sole and most important question then is, will my game go crazy cuz I have 2 audio devices in windows?

if there's gamesound coming through your speakers it will also go through your mic, doesnt help using diffrent soundcards, maybe a very expensive mic can do it.

Sounds like the "What you hear" is set as a recording device, you should only have the microphone as a recording device while using teamspeak/vent.

Unless you are using speakers instead of headphones, if you are using speakers then get headphones

What he said, although some of the creative headsets do this and are pretty decently priced, I have one myself. I have my MIC as my headset soundcard (built in usb) and my output as my XFI, works fine.
