There's some kinda lemon fish dish i ate in the caribbean years ago. Fuckin tasty and I dont really like fish.
I will eat shark steaks if someone makes em tho. shark is good. kinda like chicken to me. least thats how it tastes when my dad makes it. he likes shark too |

that dish you ate. it wont just be because of the lemon.
Herbs are the most important thing in good cooking, so your super great dish will propably have been with fresh catched fish(uncompareble much better) and with great herbs

Lemen and fish FTW!!!! I do some awsome fish dishes. It is grilled tho. The trick is with fish is that you can't overcook it. It has to be fresh too, not frozen. Frozen has a fishy smell.
There are some good fish meats out there. Some of the tuna's are one of them. Tuna is more like a steak meat. Same thing with duck breast, it is more like steak meat. Different flavor but great texture.
