Computing, nice and general .. to be honest the MSc is a pile of crap, its stupidly easy and rather mind numbing, but I'm hoping to pull some usefulness from it with my dissertation in the third year (part time = 4 year rather than 1 year.. Longer I take the longer I'll have a paid day off!)..

Did you have to sign a long term contract?
Be happy, the place I work for offered to pay for an ECDL.
I'd give my eye teeth for MCSE.
My contract isn't set in stone by any means, I'm expected to stay in the role I'm currently in for 2 to 3 years, but I could leave any point. They don't have any contract that states if I do leave I will be require to pay them back, but I don't plan on taking that risk either way ..
i got my MCTS and MCPD 3 months ago, and it helped a lot. now ive got a great job (i was unemployed for over a year after graduating from school)...
those MS certificates arent that great considering how easy they are (im speaking of programming ones, never did a MCSE or similiar), but companies love them and theyre good to have
