Quoting someone who broke the rules means you're keeping the thread off-topic. That's not acceptable.
Quoting also means you're copying the crap we don't want on the forum. We want to get rid of it, not have more of it. More importantly our mods have to remove more posts, apparently they not all like doing that, so you get banned.
When you see someone breaking the rules, you may use the Report Post Button, otherwise ignore the post.

I had to remove allot of fucking posts because you and others were quoting it. Its irritating, just use report post button, like leonatan did.

You're forgetting that the 'rules' depend on which mod it is and what mood they're in.
