I'm looking for a program that will take a video file ( .avi , .mpeg, .wmv) and create a contact sheet of screen-captures every x seconds apart. I've found such a program, but apparently its for Linux, and I am completely and utterly ignorant when it comes to Linux (never used it)

And look at the image preview on the right hand side. Notice how it also automatically outputs the filename, length of video file, size etc.

This is really nifty and exactly what I'm looking for, but I can't find anything that works in XP that does the same thing Sad

Any suggestions? My Google skills have failed me!!
