Brahms, Vivaldi, Frederic Chopin, Richard Wagner, Joseph Haydn and one of my favorites, Arcangelo Corelli. That's good classical music. As you seem to like heavy metal, look into Judas Priest and Manowar (they might be gay, but they have a wonderful sound).
