Sorry, what's your question?
I have the M3lite and has been great so far(had it about a yr) but yeah I hear the R4 is great if you are buying one now.
You can get one from www.divineo.com - great online store.

You don't need a passme for a slot-1 device, and all newer solutions are slot-1 including R4.
R4 is a great card but it's kind of outdated now with the newer SDHC version carts about, SDHC means you can use very large memory cards.
see "gbatemp" for more info

Yeah, CycloDS is the way forward. Its a tad more expensive than the other products but has better support for download play, wifi and homebrew and the frontend looks better.

R4DS Pros and Cons
Pros
+ 100% ROM compatibility (from current tests)
+ No slow-downs or glitches in game (from current tests)
+ Completely drag 'n' drop, no software needed
+ Supports clean ROMs
+ Expandable micro SD memory solution
+ Supports FAT and FAT32
+ Great build quality
+ Fits flush in your DS
+ Nice freebies in the package
+ Fairly cheap!
Cons
- Basic, dated GUI
- Lacking extra features
- English firmware updates slower than Chinese
- Low homebrew compatibility
- Lacking download play support
CycloDS
Pros:
+ 100% ROM compatibility (from current tests)
+ Drag and drop clean ROMs - very easy to use
+ No PC usage required, all advanced actions can be enabled, disabled and used via the OS and in-game menu
+ Full download play support
+ Micro SDHC card support
+ Great enhanced features (slow motion, DLDI auto patching, cheat support...)
+ Great OS that is fully skinnable
+ Supports FAT and FAT32
+ Fits flush in your DS
Cons:
- Cart build quality not top notch
- Slightly more expensive than the competition with less freebies
- Still requires a good quality micro SD card for a few particular games
- Only available in white
- In game menu causes slight graphical hiccups
it is stuff that all can be fixed with firmware updates for the R4DS and the cart is much tougher than the CycloDS
Sig too big.

Thats a pretty out of date list. The cyclods has sdhc support, in game menus that support save states and enabling cheats on or off. Also it comes in black now as well. The cyclods did formerly have some hardware issues in the first few batches, but the verison 1.1 hardware came out in late december and it's utterly reliable now. Cyclo is also recieving updates still that add more features, where as R4 updates have dried up completely with the rare update only fixing some compatability issues. Cyclo is also run by an english speaking team who have forums you can go to and interact with the team; request features, get feedback, get support etc... Now the R4 is a fine card and will play any game out there without problems as far as I know. However it's future isn't looking too bright and promised features are months late and no where in sight.
Anyway bad luck NaveedAbdul on paying 80 dollars for a 40 dollar card. I ordered a black cyclods the other day for 70 total including shipping. It's an average price of the cyclo. Good luck with it and yeah I second going to GBAtemp. It's the best site for DS news and info. Very helpful and informative forums.
