Actually.... from what I heard the contract Rockstar has with Sony is until the end of this year (2004).
EGM rumors its coming out March 2005 for xbox
IGN thinks Early 2005

imho gta III/gta:vc sucks for the pc when compared to consoles.. just a way better feel about it on consoles i think.. i could get it for pc this summer but i dunno.. think im gonna save this one for the box. (if it even gets released)

The reason why i think the pc version is better is because of the shitty viewdistance on the consoles. It's like night and day comparing the viewdistance on the console and the pc.
And ofcourse the mouse look when running.

This was the last PS2 exclusive game by Rockstar. They can now do what ever they want! The new Xbox comes out next Christmas, so if they want to make any money off of this it has to be released by summer at the latest.

I love all the haters out here.. "Missing textures and sound" .. duh use better media than Philips DVD+R. And clean ya damn lense once in a while. "Where do I download it" .. that's even better... come on, I don't understand why there's so many stupid weak babies out there that expect people to give them things they should do the minimal work required to get.. You'd feel better about yourself if you did a little work anyway, damn.

I am going to buy the game for pc, when it comes out, but just wanted to hear, is the police more clerver than they use to be in vice city, Rockstar told in a interview how they had improve the AI. Can anyone say something about this ?

Actually I barely noticed any difference. It might have a lot to do with the fact that you sit way further away from the screen when playing on PS2.
