This patch adds LAN (Local Area Network) play to the
PC version of Need for Speed ProStreet.
LAN Play Overview:
This patch introduces multiplayer game play in a
standalone LAN environment. Up to 32 games of 2-8
players per game are supported.
The patch has two components:
- Updated ProStreet game client
- New ProStreet LAN Server
IMPORTANT:
- ProStreet PC LAN Game Server is a separate
application that must be started before attempting
to use LAN Play.
- Run one server only per LAN. Only one ProStreet PC
LAN Game Server is required per LAN. Each server
can host up to 32 games.
1. Unpack release.
2. Copy original exe to gamedir.
3. Install update.
4. Copy files from crack dir to install dir.
5. Enjoy!

Is there a better framerate with this one anybody know? Is it worth getting, more for my bro with a 7600 had fps problems

It works!
2 new FREE cars in car lot, new career races...
And, it should work better, haven't tried it yet.

Hamachi works. My buddy and I have 768/192 connections, however we weren't able to see each other race past the starting line. Not enough bandwidth for NFS' needs, I guess.

Hi i installes today the new patch and patching and dling the new cars works perfect game starts to
and the cars are in the nfs folder but they are not ingame got only 57 cars @ the car lot
does anybody knows why it is so

since i got my g27 (half year ago) i played many race games from sims like rfactor and gtr2 to more arcade like dirt and need for speed games, but till now i think i love pro street more than all the others.
took me a while to set the wheel to my driving type but now it feels great a specialy the clutch, clutch realy feels like it is doing something (no stall engine, but when you shift it is importent to shift well to keep up the speed). it is not realistic and it is easy to win the races, but i realy enjoy the game and a specialy the perfect shift drags:)
so...it is true what they say when you got good wheel , you find games that you already forgot and uninstalled yaers ago amazing.
