Who really wanna read you complains over and over and over again? ... "Oh puh huh huh!"
Just get a life instead, its not like we force you to love all games.
God damn!
Oh and if you dont know the layout of the old NovaLogic games, don't even start a new one... this is what happens: "Ugh Im 15 and I hate games where I cant win in!, TELL ME HOW TO WIN! HOW DO MAKE THE GAME MAKE ME WIN?!? HELLO?!?"
*sigh* |
I couldent have said it better my self, thanks dude
And i really think this game is great, the grafic might not be the best, but thats not what makes a game. The multiplayer idea with the server that can hold up to 100 people is brilliant.
This is one of the few games ill buy

I can't see why you guys are bashing this game so much. I really think that this game has more features then BF:V and some pretty neat stuff..
|
agreed 100%.

How about the really bad flight models for the helicopters? How about the feel for the vehicles? It's not that we're complaining, it's just that they are bad... Jeez.
|
the helicopters aren't that bad, and the only thing wrong with the ground vehicles are the collisions, which are supposedly high on the patch priority list according to the JO forums.
Quote: |
Sure BFV has its problems, what game doesn't? But BFV's good outweighs it's bad. And although JO has some good stuff, its bad outweigh its good.
|
BF:V's problem is that it wasn't fun, and they haven't patched in the fun yet (for me anyway, I still look back on BF:V as a bad purchase). The gimmick of the music doesn't fix the lame gun balance that was happening out of the box or the bizzaro bugs and glitches that I still get everytime I play.
and, did you buy JO? if not then you haven't really played it. It'd be like speaking on BF or BF:V based on their singleplayer modes. the retail demo is close but theres a little more polish on the retail retail.

BF1942 used to pop guys out of vehicles when they died too before they fixed it.

Well i kind a like the realism i can find in Joint op... And i also think this has better teamwork (certain bonuses for teamplay) and i also like the high number of people u can play over the servers. And i like the many vehicles that appears in the game. And i also like the GFX it's simply beatiful and i also like the control over those helicopters a really good thing from the commanche 4 engine.
I just didnt find BF so amuzing as this one...i mean i do like FPS with vehicles like UT2004. But ok i enjoyed DFBHD.

Hmmm I don't seem to recall people popping out of vehicles in any of the BF games... You sure about that?
I agree about patching, BF42 was not very good at release (but it was fresh), which is why I have no dismissed JO entirely yet. I am hoping to see some nice patches to tie up the loose ends.
1st person ONLY in vehicles? :\ That was a design decision to make it more real or some crap, totally sucks imo. Fuck that kind of level of realism. These are the kinds of design decisions that are felt all over the game that just drag it down, for me anyways.
As I said, JO is not as bad as peopel are saying, and there are certainly some things they did better than BFV.. but the overall feel just.. isn't enough.
Let's hope they deliver some magic in the patches. There is a lot of potential here, that is the one thing I will admit and back in any argument.

there's 3rd person but it's fucking horrible (F3), hopefully they've realized what a joke it is by now and are fixing it.
in the first person mode if you hold down right mouse you can look around without turning the car (in the vehicles that turn when you mouse that is).

Yah I know, the 3rd person is a joke, it's like right behind your head, totally worthless, hehe.
I don't even want it for infantry, just vehicles, it doesn't even need to be for all vehicles seats, just the driver even. That would make me happy.

Mcs... invalid to install? Or invalid online? Keygens were NEVER meant to get people online.
They do however, enable lots of LAN freedom.

Hmmm it's kind a weird that this game dont have a protection other then the serial, previous Novalogic titles had protection...
|
and I'm applauding them for that. Fuck MP games with CDKEYs and CDCHECKs. The checks get cracked anyway and you can't play without the cdkey, it's lame making you put the disc in.

they're already up, just buy the game. ^^
nothing beats the 150 player games. the beta would lag out with 150 but I think they upped their hardware for the retail, it's pretty smooth.
