Oh, I see, you're bothered that they AJAX'd the bar and moved it to the top. I think they did that cus: a) A lot of people use iGoogle now, so even the search box is on the top of the page b) They wanted to implement Ajax, the old thing was just a static page c) They are gonna add more features to the bar, and let you add your own "quick links" to the bar. d) IMO it's really not that big of a deal.
