I have been reading about it and think it looks interesting.
I may consider buying it later on.

Is there a death penalty in it?

Is it good?

it sucks, it's linear, quests are go there do this come back for quest, it's boring as all hell.

played in beta few days before they closed and prepared to release
it was kinda too heavy for my comp. 1 gig ram isnt enought for smooth play. and some quests was bugged.
it was kinda fun game. liked it. but not worth for full prize and ~13e/month Razz

Sorry for digging up an old thread - but does anyone have a 3 Day Trial key they can shoot me? Apparently anyone who has bought the game gets x amount of these free under the Manage Account section.

Really wanted to try this out but fucking $50 is expensive for an MMO now'a'days. And I play so much that 3 days would be more than enough for me to get a feel for whether I like it or not.

I don't know if its appropriate to ask here, but I too would love to try it out. I actually put a request up on the gamespot forums a week back, but never got any replies. So any of you would possibly have another extra buddy key I would be extremely greatful.

(Or if you possibly have a Vanguard trial key. I also put a request up for one of those as well.) Very Happy

You're not missing a damned thing with Vanguard. Almost a year after its release its still in beta state. This is coming from an old-school hardcore MMO player (EQ1). Don't get suckered in to wasting 16 gigs of bandwith on the steaming pile of shit.

Immunity i can send you a 3 day trial (my last one) pm me your e-mail and ill hit you up.

Im currently enjoying the game, level 25 commando, its alot of fun shooting lots of enemies in a group with a shotgun, and the instances are fun, (3 instances per zone). Richard Garriot even popped into general chat and every1 flamed him haha.

I dont know about the endgame content but the game for me as it is, is fun and i do keep coming back for more which is unusual for me, as i usually go off mmos after a week.

Lol, ok thanks. I have just been looking for a new mmo to play. Possibly a diamond in the rough. Thought I would give it a shot. So if anyone has another trial key, Tabula might be my best bet. Let me know what you think of it Immunity.
