I don´t know if its hardware only related..., but anyone knows how force an Direct x 9 card to work in Direct x 8? (a RADEON 9600 Pro in particular)

dont install DX9 Confused
dunno if that is possible.

if a game doenst have the actions that DX9 have, it wont use it, so it uses DX8.

i think.

seems logical... but its a crap solution if you have change of dX version all the time according the game or program that you want use... Thanx anyway...

and why would you want to do that?


Hardware: Ryzen 3700x, B450 MSI Gaming Pro carbon AC, GTX1080, 32 GB 3200 Mhz cas 14, 256 EVO SSD, 1 TB EVO SSD and 4 TB HDD.
Console: xbox, wii and xbox 360

I think that the performance will be better(the game don´t load the Dx 9 effects)
