I can play 1280x1024 at Medium/Low.
I can play 1024x768 at Medium.
I can play 800x600 at High/Medium.
Basically, it won't look remotely close to what you're used to seeing in crysis screenshots.
It'll still look ok, but if you wanna play Crysis with high settings at normal resolutions you'll need an 8800 GT, GTX or Ultra.
Like someone said a few pages ago, this game REALLY gets much better on Delta difficulty. I just tried it out yesterday, and have to say it really makes a big change.
No wonder people say this game is short if they run through it on easy mode.
Delta is really great and you can't just gun down any enemy in sight. It makes for a much better game.
So shut up you bitches complaining this game is too short. Play on Delta and look how long even one level can take.

My game is screwed. I can't progress any further, because I can't use the rocket launcher.
It has zero ammo, but it's still there. So I can't pick up a new one, and you can't reload the rocket launcher. Any ideas?
Can you somehow drop weapons?

this happened to me on the carrier, my LAW ran out of ammo and wouldnt let me pick up a new one, had to drop it, strange bug. The Law is meant to be auto dropped once it runs out of rockets.

8600 is more like a lowend card. My 7900GS wipes the floor with it. All it is, is some low end crap budget card to offer DX10. Now what's funny about that is DX10 stuff is supposed to be real eye candy and offered with demanding games, how exactly is a low end budget card supposed to take advantage of that stuff.
Vista is still seeming to be an issue as well. If you can just pop in an 8800GT.
My 7900 on medium (lowest setting on shadows and water reflection) @ 1440x900 I get 30-40FPS
Runs pretty good on a 7800gt with low settings 1280x1024. My CPU is a AMD Opteron 165 @2.4ghz and I have 2GB of ram.
RUN's yes, but looks like Deus ex 1

wasnt there a review posted some pages back that indeed found benefits for running crysis (final) at high-resolutions in 64bit mode? Or is my memory just bad?
