both mine banned, one with 1.2c and another 5.3, not that i'm bothered as i have a PS3 also. I think gh3 was the culprit, it passed XDVDMulleterBeta10.1 then a patch came out because the files wasn't correct

j/k, lol - i don't blame anybody,it was my risk and wasn't using LIVE anyway since Halo3 release, but its funny to see people getting so upset, lol - thats 4 xbox i have had now banned, think its time to go PS3 for retail online games and keep playing the copies offline on 360

Just downloaded a demo on Live, no ban as yet
iextreme 1.2c, played every release since last round of bans

I lost my deck in the first round of bans, at least it still works.

well at least I'm gonna finsih my download of ace combat.... I could nt care less on being banned 
I'm currently not banned but when I would get banned I'll have a nice saint nicholas preasent for my nefphew (how do you spell that)
PLaying 1 year nothing but good fine games for free is worth another 360, hence I even think of buying one with all the games I love. 360 4 eva :wubs:

It appears that modified fw is NOT being detected, and is instead once again due to 'bad' discs. Keep in mind that the only full proof way to make a 1:1 backup is to do it yourself. iXtreme is as fullproof as it can be, in that it validates everything it possibly can from a firmware point of view, but a game can have slight data change somewhere, most commonly in DMI. Or it can be due to early copies being watermarked so to speak.
This is why you run the risk of being banned on xbox live if you pirate games. Always remember that you run a risk doing such actions.
In regards to game data being properly validated, xdvdmulleter is a tool that has a constantly maintained database to validate backups against retail copies to ensure full stealth

Other than here, has anyone else seen anything about the bans.... Cause I am googling it, and am coming up with nothing about bans anywhere?? I have a box running 1.3 and a box running 1.2c and neither one has been banned!!

I saw a post on #FW from [c4eva] that the firmware is undetectable, and that people are getting abnned for playing non stealth backups. And that he will update what he gets logs on what the real reason is!

theres been a few that needed fixing with bad data
GH3 - Guitar.Hero.III.USA.FIX
Simpsons - The.Simpsons.Game.USA.FIX.FOR.APATHY
Fear Files - F.E.A.R.Files_USA_FiX_FOR_PROTOCOL
these 3 are the culprits, i fixed Fear files as its region free and not even played it yet so count that one out, simpsons does not apply to me as its NTSC only and i got the dagger release, and i know GH3 i played before patching as it passed XDVDMulleterBeta10.1 but Sniperkilla fecked up somewhere and was even saying it don't need the patch when clearly its the game thats probably got most people banned for people in UK and add that with the other two for USA users.
I suggest anybody getting scene release and playing them on Live to wait at least a week before even putting them in your drive because these patches always seem to come out after the damage has been done, lol

I played GH3 extensively before the patch!!
Simpsons is reg lock right? If so I did not use the USA one...

I played the GH3 pre the fixed image but never connected to LIVE.
As of yet I have not been banned. Fingers crossed and hoping it stays that way.
In fact I never taken a backup online always ensuring that i have disconnected my wlan connector before turning on my 360.

There are always kids on there lying about how they haven't modified their 360 yet were still banned. It's like they think Microsoft will somehow unban them if the cry about it enough.
