So I finally made it work. The problem occured because I mounted both dvds in seperate drives in daemon tools, which caused the error with the files. I found out after reading some comments on piratebay. So, if anyone else is having this problem, try to change the dvds in the same drive, instead of mounting them in seperate drives.
Thanks to necro2k for his many attempts to help me in my infinite noobness.
Aber that in game save problem: I was having the same issue asweel. I was able to play just fine for the first 2 days and at one point ingame I got a message that the file I was trying to access wasnt available or damaged. I was still able to sasve the game though but after a restart I got another message about a broken savegame and my garden wasnt available anymore. I began from scratch and ended up with the very same problem that same day. Anybody else got this, or better yet: knows how to fix it?
