Tryed to disassamble .exe but no go. Seams that animation is encoded. You cant cap it with fraps so i used app that records in avi youre desktop. Then i used virtualdub to crop and resize. Then i had avi so i imported it in Ulead gif animator. The hardest part was finding start and end frame and making gif 60kb big. Had manualy del duplicate frames to make it smaller. 1h work in total.

I'll try to do it later, but I don't promise GIF supports transparency, so it shouldn't be that problematic. Maybe I'll just capture the original and go from there for quality purposes.

Oh lol, I actually did two transparent versions and posted them one after the other, but noticed some subtle imperfections and deleted the posts quickly. Oh well...

i used Alchemy.Mindworks.GIF.Construction.Set.Professional.v3.0a19.WinAll.Incl.Keygen-CRD
in it you can easily choose the colour-transparency in every picture. In other programs i used before i think one could also do it easier for the whole GIF by changing the transparency colour in the colour-palette. Check the settings ulead gif animator, perhaps it has an edit palette option

it s nothing special, was just recently released and was the first i could get my hands on
I doubt that it s better than ulead gif animator. The one i used most often was the gif-animator that came with jasc's paintshop pro. Alas since adobe bought jasc, it isnt bundled with paintshop anymore
