CRYSIS is that the game name or what everyone is having?
its not the whos OS is better forum!!!
and yes im on vista 64bit home Premium its not working for me
so i guess ill have to wait o'well

Just installed and the game runs just fine in Vista 32. Running all on high sorta. and I get 30-40 FPS, so no worries really. Ok not the highest res, but what the hell. I guess i will have to wait for that NVE9 hey

demo ran fine all settings set to verry high except shadowing set to high no lag at all
my specs.....

full game of crysis still has the demos keyboard "press w to move a bit, then take yer finger off w and yer character walks on about another 20 feet" thing...i preordered this...am gonna cancel it LOL...

Depends on what res you running at. SLi provides more power for higher res, not for your typical 1024x1280... |

WOW! I am running same monitor as you with sort a the same hardware as you, and no way I play the game "comfortably" at that res with those settings. That would just be a pain in the b.tt, laaaagggg feast in other words!

Am I the only one to find this game a bit boring ?
Super AI combined with the immense amount of damage needed to drop a single enemy kind of breaks the experience for me.
Sure it looks gorgeous, just like Far Cry, but in the end that game also turned out to be rather disappointing (once the mutants came into play).
Or is it just me expecting to much after all the hype ?

You can put like four of them and it will be choppy...
C'mon people... this is a HIGH-END game and it requires HIGH-END hardware to give you SamsHappyTime-like experience in its highest settings. None of 8xxx is high end these days... I really wonder if 9xxx will be... >.< So stop spilling bullshit here, 20 fps does not mean that its smooth... >.>

So really... I wont see much improvement from running 2 8800 GTX's in SLI mode?
I thought when it was first introduced (SLI) that it wasn't much of an improvement due to drivers and such, but I was told that the newer bench tests so vast increase in performance with 2 of those things running in SLI. |
In my opinion, SLi was created for the people running huge HDTV (40+ in) and be able to run it comfortablely depending on what game they play. Right now, SLi isnt a huge boost in performance, its more of an epeen contest atm. I think with time, SLi will be awesome, but right now, its not worth IMO. |

damn I love this game, I've been playing a few hours straight and the only think stopping me is the fact that I have to work tomorrow, so I'ma pay a visit to my bed :O The game didn';t get me bored once so far !
