Why the hell does Battlefield 2142 lag for me? Its kinda choppy from time to time, and i cant figure out why..

It can´t possibly be my PC.. and my connection is 24mbit. My ping is around 50.

Any ideas? Solution? Im all ears.

Spyware,AV,Firewall something using net or youre cpu.

Well, cant be that, since i have no AV or antispyware.. and only a router firewall.

But how the hell do you change language? Cause sometimes i have russian sound/speech, and then its back to english Confused Annoys the hell outta me..

WHY ARE THEY SPEAKING RUSSIAN!!

I installed it in English, OFCOURSE, all the menus and text are english, but every other match i have russian voices Sad

I also looked in the registry, all registry files that i could find are set to english.

Annoys the fuck outta me!

could be punk buster as well. The stuff sucks dick. It's the reason im not buying quake wars now cause it's a recourse hog and runs even when your game is turned off and computer restarted. A lot of people had horrible lag in quake wars soley because of punk buster.

also if I remember correctly EA started offering "spyware" or something with their 2142 game for ad's.

btw, did you use a russian key? Theres some games the language is tied to the serial number you used.
