All the programs work except Adobe Premiere Pro and AfterEffects. Premiere Pro just won't open and AfterEffects gets an error message. Is there supposed to be a workaround for this or is it just a bad release?

try at adobes forum for this (error), if it's not mentioned that sth is wrong with your release

Are you talking about ADOBE.CS3.MASTER.COLLECTION.CORPORATE.FINAL-ISO? If so then all the applications work fine. If not, elaborate on the error message your given.

PostPosted: Fri, 26th Oct 2007 03:43    Post subject: After reinstall
After reinstall of Premiere Pro and After Effects it worked perfectly, however after about 15 days of usage. All the programs stopped working. This is the error message I got:

Licensing for this product has stopped working.

You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help.

Does anyone care to tell me a better release of this or a way to change to a working license?

Could this be the program updates? Are you allowed to run those?

I have a router and Symantec Endpoint Protection. Yes, I did see the little adobe update icon in the Tray, I tried shutting it off. I'm thinking that either they figured a way to get around my firewall or the update detected it. Either way, do you have the programs have this release still installed and can you tell me if they still work?

Yes they still work here. I have my firewall set so that everything is blocked unless I create a rule for it.
