I was at Mediamarkt (German tech store) today. And saw this stack with CRYSIS DVD covers on the floor next to the PC stuff...I was like WOW!!!!!!...looked at the price tag...10Euro WTF!
Basically what it is, is a EMTPY case with no manual or DVD, you just pre purchase the game, so when it does come you pay 10e less on the full price...WHAT A FRACKING SCAM THAT IS!

dont worry.. i preordered the game... knowing my luck, as usual, given that this is the only game im actually paying for im sure it will be available online fully cracked a week before i get it... no other time would something like this happen, it only happens when i actually preorder something

Was exactly like that with Bioshock, bought it and I think the working fix/crack came out the same day I got it, but what the hell...
Also preorderd Crysis. This one you just gotta buy/own. |

well its different really, because bioshock took ages to come out, and those who paid for it were happily playing it, while those who wanted to thief'erise it, were all crying and banging their fists on the floor...
its only when i preorder a game for a change, because i think it'll be worth it and so ill have it the day it comes out, it'll come out early online... a nice little karmic 'fuck you' from the universe or something...

Farcry and Crysis are two entirely seperate games.
One was released 3 years ago in 2004, Ubisoft now hold the intelectual rights to the franchise, Crysis is due for release next week and totally blows anything currently available on any platform out of the water.
No other game due within the next 6 months comes even close to the graphical genius that is Crysis, and what makes it even better is the fact the game is actually fun to play.

i had serious deja vu's to far cry when playing this game, at the beginning of the demo i constantly expected to be jumped by far cry monsters.
The feel is just very similar

If you spent £3,000 on a PC there is only one thing to say to you really.

Personally I think the only reason you are so bitter about Crysis is because mummy or daddy wont buy you a new pc to play it on.
Atleast that would be a more realistic statement than you saying the AI in Crysis is worse than Farcry.
