3am. Just finished the Single Player in 1 sitting. Took about 4hrs. Really short but very intense game. My head is spinning. Will get some multiplayer action in this week
No advertising.

A shame. Already people at lvl 50 on this thing. Are clans farming each other or something? Wtf.
Anyone else have to hard reset the console to go from MP to SP?

As for going from MP to SP, I have no problems. Tho i haven't played online yet. waiting to get my real copy for online play.
I did finish the single player tho, very good. And just a fyi, watch the credits at end of game, you will get another mission at the end of em.

What do you mean by level 50, as in mission 50, or is there some sort of character level for this game?

the multiplayer has levelling... beta went up to lvl 16 i believe. people at level 50 already is a bit annoying, sounds definitely like farming is going on, or people with no life...

no nothing, running through my tv or amp, weird, burned fine, plays fine, everything except enemies and my team are silient!I have xtreme firmware 5.2 older one im wondering if the new patches for ixtreme are making it work funky, fucking weird.

Really?Was there any fix for it?I dont have cod2 but have cod3, tried that and voices and enemies were fine,I get voices on the map briefings but not ingame, its driving me insane!I also get no subs, even if I turn thm on!

Well I think it is, I didn't know it was region free.. A dude said I'd need the latest extreme firmware in order for it to work over live though.. is that true?

I'm playing it on LIVE with a pal box. You should be using iextreme 1.2c (I think that's the latest) for the stealth capability. But nothing is certain, we could all be banned next month after the update.
This is one game worth buying for LIVE alone though, with a new 360 untouched, that will be the route I'll be going should i get banned again.

Had that problem with CoD 2....i use a PAL CoD 2 on my NTSC machine...got NTSC game and problem solve

I got subs but the speech is extremely silent, all other ingame sounds are alot louder... could it be that their is something terrible wrong with this release? |

TBH, once I got to level 4 of the beta I was pretty happy. Just use the standard assault rifle (M21 or whatever it was) with a "red dot" sight and away you go. Still went up lvl 25 but really saw no advantage in it (other than one of the snipers you unlock).
Couldn't really care less about the SP game but the MP should be ace. Apparently they've fixed some of the map bugs from beta so fingers crossed

sound like you are not getting all channels, have you got a dolby 5.1 setup, check the options that it is turned off, most games have the option.

This game will be the most unfair game online ever when guys at high lvls play guys at not so high lvls they will not have the perks nor equipment to play on a level playing feild and get owned as well highly frustrated, trust me this will be the case a lot. it seems the only bad point of the mp. as for the single player yes its great but 8 hrs on veteran is short and where the hell is the coop, i would of not give this game over 9 just because of short single player and no coop. if it had 15 hr single player and coop then its a 9.5.
As for framerate, the 360 version runs smooth, while the PS3 is a jaggy mess that chugs along in slow motion.

Same thing with Rainbow Six Lockdown...game died after 3 weeks
