I installed the custom M33 3.52-4 firmware, that should work with manhunt, right? I then loaded the manhunt iso with irshell, it asks me to choose between normal launch or with devhook. Both give me a black screen, what gives? :/

Lack of Memory stick space
Other games work via USB so that's why I'm puzzled.

weee the shit is about to hit the fan!

i mean gta sa slipped past the censor with hardcore fucking in it, and they got in trouble

rockstar tried to slip manhunt 2 past censors with violence, and was told to remove it... but they DIDNT, so i expect the fallout from this to be much bigger, if the ps2 version can be fixed like the psp one can?

fallout? as far as i see a PSP game is not intended to be played from memstick. so regular users wouldnt be able to uncensor this game.

and if there should be any fallout, the extra publicity in the media will compensate this.

Take 2's response -

Take-Two Chairman Strauss Zelnick said, “I stand behind the game and the ESRB ratings process. It is unfortunately the case that no one in the entertainment software industry is immune from hacking. We hope that consumers will not engage in hacking or download illegally modified copies of our games. We encourage them to enjoy our games as they are meant to be played. We would also like to emphasize that Manhunt 2 is intended for an audience aged 17 and above.”

But isnt that how the game was suposed to be Wink Full of Bloody cut scenes etc Smile Unless he means for us to hack them so we can play it how it was meant to be played Wink

Overall I think Manhunt 2 looks great on the PSP, graphics is close to the PS2 version Smile

George W Bush -

'...more and more of our imports are coming from overseas.'

but realistically this is no different than the fucking minigame in gta sa... it is code put into the game that has been 'unlocked' - nothing has been added, and as weve seen before, the 'nothing been added' part is where the ratings people and everyone else will latch on and go mental.

After playing for a bit on the PSP with the game uncensored. I really do not see wtf was the big deal about this game and the violence it has. I have seen worse in movies. Rolling Eyes

Any word on getting the Wii version patched to be uncensored?
