Well I will translate a part of the whole review, and that is referring to the damage.
At the damage of the cars the developers showed what they can do if they let them do their job. The car will feel the smallest bump. At small bumps you can deform the doors, or crash the windows. At harder bumps you will loose different parts of the car, and at serious bumps the car will be totaled. But the developers didn’t went totally to the “bumping organism” of Burnout, they where oriented by the realism. Following the new conception the damage of the car will have effects on the performance of the cars. There are three different type of damage: easy, serious and totaled. The first two will affect the end speed and the handling of the car, at the last one you will not finish the race until your car is not repaired. Your car to be totaled it is needed only to hit an electric pole with full speed (at least in normal level)
I haven't lost my mind. I know exactly where I left it.

NFS stay's porshe unleased. This game was
just amazing for its time + this first racer with
free roam. If i named it correctly. |
NFS PU didn't had free roaming, but long stretched tracks + 1 Monte Carlo circuit

According to his statement, the game experience serious.
This not advertisement text, but a normal game tester's writing.he criticized the bad games always.
If he says it that this not the weak nfs ,I believe him it then. |
Sorry to disappoint you, but in a racer game, apart from the physics and general handling of the game, theres not much to differentiate between games, than the graphics.
Especially in the case of NFS games, where you get the same for the 11th time. I can tell you this, without having played the game: It will be just like NFS 8-9 and 10, with some minor variations here and there. So yea.. graphics in this case make ALL the difference.
So while it is surely nice to see a review about how the cars handle, how the game feels in general, posting screenshort to said review with below zero graphics settings is just a waste of bandwidth. Its like praising a car for its beuty, speed and horsepower, then showing drawings made by 2 year olds to illustrate the car. Doesnt make much sense does it?
I realize of course that not everyone might have the excess money to buy a decent computer with a high-end graph card, still.. i would expect those who by profession work with games to have at least half decent rigs.
So the screenshots seen in that review offer two possibilities:
a) said reviewer is a damn lame ass joke, without the proper hardware to properly do his work
b) said reviewer has the hardware, but the game only runs properly with such low graph settings.
Now since option B is highly unlikely, that leaves me with option A and my conviction that game reviewers in general, but especially hungarian ones are a joke and best to be ignored.
Egyszóval kedves cobra: leszarom mennyire isteníted a parasztot, akkor is egy lame-ass noob amiért ilyen screenshotokat készít.

Though im no professional translator and have difficulties translating some of the finer touches of my language, i think i got it half decent at least. So even though the review is mostly meaningless with those no quality screenshots, some might still find it interesting. Enjoy:
original url, for the screenies:
http://www.gamestar.hu/vrrrmmm-vrrrmmm-pro-sztriiiiiiiiiit.html
Im in no way trying to show off by showing the image in the news. More like a call to attention that...
...i'll try to upload you some material from Pro Street tonight. I managed to get my dirty hands onto the - no, dont hit me - final version of NFS: Pro Street I apologize For you, this will be good, as i'll try to share the experience in form of pictures and videos, as soon as i can. It is being installed at the moment, so let's hope i can upload some stuff from it afterwards. Cross your fingers for me.
Update 1:
Here comes the first batch of pictures. I swear, the title should be something like "360 degree turn", or "NFS is dead - long live the NFS"! This is odd: completely different than everything before, a lot more trendy, faster. I dont even know where to look. Its right on spot.
Update 2:
All in one, it is phenomenal! The cars are HARD TO CONTROL, FINALLY!!! Heavier weight, not that dumb speed feeling. I had a laugh: dude is announcing the game: "and then let's see those, who could be the greatest stars of our age... cough cough khrrr." - he coughed and croaked into the broadcast . The game is full of these small touches, which gives a fantastic atmosphere to the whole. I play some more battle machine for now, then i take a look at the garage and look around a bit more. Until then, enjoy the pictures.
Update 3:
I think the feeling of the game is right on spot. Its worth starting out with the easiest mode, and slowly upping the difficulty. It controls how much assist you get. On King level, its quite close to a simulator, even though its still not a GTR, but its not supposed to be one either. I think it will be a lot longer than the previous games, as im playing it for quite a while now, and im still almost at the beginning Oh, and we havent even talked about the online mode, which is quite serious as well. So many opportunities in one game.. its sick. - for an EA game, it would really seem sick: csebal -
Update 4:
Soooo. When did i entered the news? 17:22... i think. I'm still playing it and do you know how far i am in the game? abotu 12 percent No, im not a noob, but the game is this fucking long! FINALLY!!! My muscle ride, with which I finally managed to humiliate the others really lays down the smack. Then again, my subaru with the Z3ro label on it is not resting in the garage either.
Update 5:
I would only like to add, that it got damn long and difficult After this much time, i usually already completed an NFS game. One day was always enough until now.. or even less. This one, im not even halfway through it. what halfway? Not even at 25%. Money is scarce so you have to be trickly to get enough for tuning. This game got really long.

@csebal
bullsh*t...
If reviewer ran the game on NASAlike PC, it would be: "yeah, gfx are awsome, and game runs excellent, with no lag or fps drop"...
This way, we (mortals, with medium performance pcs) can see if the game will run ok and look good on "normal" conf.
Intel Q9550 @ 3.2GHz + CM Hyper 212+ | Gigabyte P35-DS3P | 6GB DDR2 OCZ 800mhz | ASUS GTX560Ti DirectCUII | Samsung SSD 840EVO 250GB + Seagate Barracuda 1TB | OCZ StealthXStream 500W

Part of the reviewers job is to approach games from different angles. Yes, for starters, that also means testing the games on at least two different performance PCs, to see how they handle with low-med end specs and to see how much shine you can get out of them.
Problem is, that most of todays reviewers are completely fucked up morons, who write:
- heavily biased reviews, based on their own supersitions and preferences
- half assed reviews, which are based on maybe an hour or two of gameplay, only approaching the game from one perspective.
- lazy reviews where they try the game on one particular config, without spending the few hours it would take to try it out on a few different rigs, to see the differences between the various performance settings.
Then again, there is nothing wrong with reviewers. Its the people who still read their bullshit that allows them to do the half work they do now.

first ppl bitch that games are short and easy, now it's long and difficult
go figure |
It might have been lost in translation, but he wasnt bitching there.. more like praising the game.. mybe my choice of words did not reflect the fact.. then again, happy to clarify. |
your translation was perfect, Mortibus's understanding was wrong.

Well, the X360 demo wasnt very fun.. two tracks, all done in 10 mins..
Im not saying the game will be bad, just that the demo was very limited.
Watercooled 5950X | AORUS Master X570 | Asus RTX 3090 TUF Gaming OC | 64Gb RAM | 1Tb 970 Evo Plus + 2Tb 660p | etc etc
