I think its time to overclock my computer to try and get the most out of it as its starting to get a little slow now on new games (AMD 3200+, 1GB Corsair DDR, 7900GT PCIe, MSI K8n Neo4 board). Does anyone know a good site for beginners just getting into Overclocking or is there a master overclocker on here that can help Smile

Also, is the Nvidia Ntune System Tuner any good??? might try that for now.

Thanks

You could try this site, just look in the forums, you have to register to post or search, that's the site i used when i started OCing.....http://www.pcper.com/

PS: be cautious, if you haven't heard that about OCing.....good luck

All I can say is stay away from quick-n-easy OC'ing solutions like the Ntune program you mentioned. It is good(or used to be) for monitoring temps and stuff, but much better to do all testing and tweaking on your own. But anyways yeah, just google search for the hardware you got, lots of guides out there made specifically for your gear that could do a much better job telling ya how than I could.

Thanks will take a look.

Are the gains from overcloking great or will I only see 1 or 2 fps difference?
