yes, and i simply pointed out the hypocracy of your your comments. this is, after all an xbox thread in a console forum. calling him a 'fanboy' and telling him to take it elsewhere, when in fact his comments weren't directed at you was what prompted me to say what i said, and barring the 'idiot' comment (appropriate, tho perhaps harsher than necessary) every point i made was reasonable.

Graphics were not what I was expecting but they do look good during the cutscenes. I noticed the banshee has no secondary fire, do you have to have anoter person to fire the secondary weapon?
Anyways the french is really taking me out of the single player experience so I'm just going to delete the game and wait for Fed-ex.

Yes, extracts maps and movies--but maps are all intact..my bro is playing it now..he said maps are there..game is great!!! rip works perfect from stock harddrive!

Damn damn and damn, i was really looking forward to this game. And now that iv tried it im not that happy with the game.

How long did you play? The first 2 levels can leave a sour taste in your mouth but it gets better after that.
BTW, those cutscenes look pretty damn good for real time.

In a word AWESOME! The first level was a little underwhelming TBH, just like Pillar of Autumn in the first game. But it just gets better and better as you progress. The graphics defo improve after the second level. I've got up to the part when the chief lands on the Halo installation. Loving every minute of it. Even better than the first game IMO and the best FPS out there on XBOX. Believe the hype!

Has anyone noticed that in the cutscene textures seem to load on to the models after a second or so?
Not to shit on the game to much it seems like the dogs to me, but its little things like this that you'd have thought would have been ironed out.

I had no problem at all with it. As mentioned before all cutscenes are subtitled in english. It's also no problem to work out what to do in-game. To see a mission objective just press START to pause the game and the objective appears in english. Easy. Best XBOX game i've played and I am defo buying this when it comes out.

I'm using a softmod (no chip), and I put the games on the hd (no use for DVD-ROM). 
Every single game I have, as soon as it hits a loading menu, freezes immediately. |
