yes it's multilanguage for sure! just check some posts the recent versions of pc that are out, and it has:
rs_e & rv_e (english)
rs_g & rv_g (german)
rs_s & rv_s (spanish)
rs_i & rv_i (italian)
rs_f & rv_f(french)
