There's a great list @ http://shadowpanther.net/co-op.htm a bit old I know but still................. I've heard that NWN 2 is supposed to be excellent co-op.

Older C&C games are awsome, Dawn of War will call for some interesting fights, Supreme Commander but not everyone will like that, Warhammer Mark of Chaos is one of my favorites.

All the Ghost Recon Series have it including the latest GRAW2.

If you are looking for a FPS/RPG , I would really advice "System Shock 2".
It s a bit old but it s really a must,(it s kind a predecessor of Deus Ex).
You can do all the story with your friend.
(in case you are interested make sure to read infos about compatibility on XP,there are some tricks to do to play it)
