Played it on Pro (default difficulty) for a few hours and I was close to smashing the fuck out of my controller! Waaay too hard to break throught the defence. I started to get to grips with slow build-ups, pulling their defence around to make openings, but having the ball nicked off your toes after all your hard work is a fucking piss-take! It really started to stress me out.
I was in total agreement with the IGN review, then I dropped it to semi-pro and it plays much, much better. It still has some of the old FIFA problems (eg. players under pressure standing like a stiff cock instead of running towards a pass) but they occur much less and I can forgive them (most of the time).
As a PES fan, its nice to play a good FIFA again. I've been loving PES for years, but I always wanted the licenses as well as the gameplay. FIFA 08 delivers the goods. I'll have to play PES 2008 properly before picking my favourite, but this is a damn good game of football.
PS. The graphics piss on PES (yes they do fanboys!)

can i play with ony one player? in pc version you can play be a pro mod season but in xbox360 i cant find it?

anybody playing the wii version...I have to say the wiimote/nanchuk controls are excellent and feels more friendly than the 360 controller or kb/mouse combo. I am glad I didnt bother wasting bandwidth and disks on the pc or 360 version..

my bandwidth is unlimited per month, and I'm glad i didnt bother wasting real cash on a crappy wii - id rather eat out a crab ridden cunt.
