I never take drugs to fall asleep. I'm deterred by their addictive qualities.
I find alcohol is terrible to sleep under. You still awaken knackered. Its like you've never slept.
I can manage on four hours a night though and I still wake up refreshed.
Just sometimes I cannot get those four hours.

 me too! I work fucking better with 4 hours a sleep a night (20 a on a 5 day week) than i do with 8 hours (40 hrs). It's like my mind is more awake and i pick up sync issues better. But drinking helps too. Like having 9 double shots of whiskey before sleep ( a day) helps me a whole lot. with waking up and many things before going to sleep.
