I already have one rule: "If this person you confronted with something like "We know who you are, hfric!" and he answers something like "WTF OMG Who is he I'm not him!!one1", he's Hfric.".

first of all, if you remember his post there was lots of ,, and bad english. I personally never had anything against him. But he sure as hell seem kinda childish for his age. But I am pretty sure he doesn't lie about his wife and kids dying in a car crash. That is just to low. And he answered like he did back when he was here at youtube. And if noone hacked his YouTube profile I am pretty sure it is him.

Hfric was originally banned for copying and posting with another member's post/avatar/sig in every topic.
Imagine if someone would use your sig, avatar and post, in the same thread you posted. You could only telll it was him by looking at the username. Oldfags will remember this.
It was labeled as spam and thus the ban.
