I'm waiting for a patch. If it doesn't show up in the next few days, I'll delete it. It's full of bugs, crashes every now and then and just not worth playing in its current state.

doesnt crash here. i played for 2 hrs straight on XP. looks like vista is showing its true colors again.

This was the major cause to make me not use it for now.

Laughing Not really.

Rolling Eyes Wow, such praise...

Besides, my laptop has Vista on it, and it has no problems. I don't know what is causing the problem with my main PC.

Anyone know if there's a no-cd crack out? I'm not asking where to get it. Just if it's been cracked or not. YASU doesn't seem to work for me and I hear the Fairlight crack is a virus.

From Karmeck:

shimec you need to right click the shortcut and select properties then change the target section to something along these lines. Although, it appears to only work for some as it didn't work for me.

"C:\Program Files\Midway Home Entertainment\Stranglehold\Binaries\Retail-Stranglehold.exe" -language=eng -ResX=1280 -ResY=1024

Very Happy

finally finished downloading the game (could only start a few days ago) and... well... lets face it, its really not that great... the visuals seem to go from pretty good, to completely ugly... this thing was rushed through and through. animation is blah, story missions are.. well lets just call them missions, theres no real story here.. the only thing saving it is the bodycount and 'planned' destructable environments.

this game deserves the 'least worth the download size' award.

was playing around in the game and i DID discover a secret hidden mini-boss! i recorded him in fraps and posted on youtube:
