unfortunately the landscape is not highly detailed (resolution wise),for such a feature...

It can be very detailed (mountains and big cities) if you'll let the textures download fully.
Very nice.
It has a lot of potential. If Google will take it to the next level, it could be a good rival to Microsoft's flight simulator.

Try flying above Samedan, Switzerland for example. You'll see that the textures quality surpasses Microsoft's textures by far.

I dont really like to fly outside of israel,and except from some regions,most of israel is not textured (low resolution).

Well don't expect it to get any better. There's a law or something like that that prevents the publishing of high resolution images of our area.

IL isnt very detailed .. ive been trying to fly over my house but i didnt even see roads come up i live in rishon and all u can see is the 4by4 beach and the superland but whats the point man u got the entire world on ur hands and u only fly in israel?

go to: http://www.googleearthcoolplaces.com/ intersting site with some very wierd and amazing places around the world.

and make sure u got the 3D buildings TAB checked and fly over new york thats amazing how its detaild there.
