The two constellations that the arrow tip points towards. 
(It points to the one right next to it and the one that's behind that one.)
It's basically three constellations in a row that you need to light up to solve the puzzle.

Actually took another sign to see what would differ and the game plays quite a bit different compared to the previous run.
(That arrow broke on impact, missing items and more items that first need to be combined and/or dissasembled to create another working item.)

| Spoiler: | Did you find the rope and the bar? Look at the pillars in the back of the room, you have to mix a potion to remove the paint from them (you can find the recipe in the library). Then put the bar in the pillars and connect the rope+grapple to it. I hope that gets you on track. |

Thnx, I've managed to figure this one myself. But mixing this sleeping potion was a real pain in a mikta )

i got stuck in a place that you have to put some weights in a vagon to lift up.what i have to do there?

Same here, mate. Tried everything, but still Thomas is too heavy. Maybe we should find another weight, but I don't know where

I don't remember exactly what I did there, but the trick I think was to get the right elevator car to be up in the air with at least 5 (or maybe 6) weights on it. Then you stand on the left one, and while standing in it, remove the weights from it so goes up. Something like that anyway.

Then that's a difference between the games. Seems there are indeed some changes in the puzzles depending on what zodiac sign you pick in the beginning. Cause I'm pretty sure I didn't use the sandbags there.

Well it's really easy. Where is another wooden lever just above the pile of coal in the secret observatory. Just look up and you'll see it. Haven't noticed it myself first time around.
