I bought one of their "own brand" (actually Point Of View) GeForce 6800 GS cards last year and it failed after 17 months. Despite having "3 years warranty" they absolutely refuse to honour the warranty: "Oh, that's just a sticker on the box, we didn't put it there".
I've been a good customer in the past, spent a lot of money there, but it counts for nothing it seems, their response as to how I might get my card repaired was to put the phone down on me.
