Yap, the player models are definitely better than FIFA's. Well, after getting shafted this year maybe EA will consider doing something in similar in FIFA 09... FIFA 10, maybe?

Er... it's not that hard to force it on its profile via Control Panel. That's what I've done for PES6.

What? The settings program won't work?

As for the game. Many improvements, particularly the graphics (which are quite simply the best for any football game - practically mirroring real life in some situations!) However the game does lack fluidity and feels a lot more clunkier and 'fifa-ish' in that respect. The same AI quirks remain meaning veterans can spot things from a mile off and will be fustrated (whether that's in multi or singleplayer before anyone opines).
All in all it's a good game, and a nice demo with a full match. Still much more improvement could have been had
Shooting is definitely more satisfying though.

yeah this is strange.. if i set details to medium i can set 1600x900. hmm.....

I have it set to high, try that. It might be (criminally!) scaling to your system perhaps? What's your specs?

It's possible, my specs; Intel 6400, 2GB sys RAM, NVIDIA 7950 GT 512MB
I just tried searching the registry but no luck... Not sure what to tell you. Update your video drivers maybe? |
