Hope you solve the problem and I've nothing against trying to help people but for future reference there is should be a technical thread about this game in the PC tech section located a little under the PC game section. Smile
(Then again most threads about games in this forum tend to include a little of everything.)

ya know after playing the demo originaly my expecations had dropped...now that i've played the retail version & everything is more optimized this game is a fucking barrel of monkey's its sooo much fun killing shit...I havn't had this much fun killing shit in a long time. & the cut sceens are wicked (playing this on my 42" lcd tv with mouse & keyboard). Game rocks worth a swing at it if you have not tried it.

totally give up.

MP just wont work at all, it doesnt even try, 'game session no longer available' upon joining any server despite the fact I can see people playing.

when I create I just get 'failed' without even trying.

uninstalled this piece of shit.

Anyone running this game successfully on a single core processor?

Mine runs fine then freezes for a minute the runs again .. then freezing again .. eventually it will crash.

The minimum requirements say you should have a dual core processor - i dont. I have a AMD 3500+ . So i wanted to know if anyone of you runs it without dual core.

PS. All drivers are up to date and correctly installed.

i think i'm running it using a single core processor. I got an athlon xp 3000+ and yes, i get the same crashes/freezes as you.

the trainer works on multiplayer if you're the host. Everyone in the room has the hacks that you set e.g. you press f2 then everyone will have unlimited health and the only way to kill them is to use spin attack or precision aim.

If you join someone elses room then it will crash your game. I also found out that if you use the fixed mds file it will crash your game even on single player, if you use the fixed exe it will work.

I used it with the crack and it was bugging my game like there was no tomorrow. Dead enemies would magically stand, then somehow fly or do something lmao. Then the game would crash.

I spoke to bloody soon, i thought my game worked ok, i go to start the game and TA DAA!!! the loading screen comes up but nothing else happens, did anyone else have this problem and managed to figure out how to get through so you can play the darn game? lol im yanking out my hair here lol

like i said in a previous post, make sure you're using the cracked exe file or it won't work. Just run the trainer then load stranglehold and it should work (it did for me)
