that's right, I was on 10meg and it was a constant speed 24/7 then they upped it to 20meg and introduced the traffic shaping and I bet on average through the day I'm below 10meg, what the point? looks good in the adverts

you do know you can get 20meg VM buisness BB for £3 extra than what your paying with no STM don't you?, or cloned modem can be a great friend

I have Newshosting as well. No incompletes. Try to download from a nzb file. I used newsleecher supersearch to add the files. All 79 100%.
I go directly to the group it shows a lot of incompletes.
