Well everyone wanna be the best.Its in human nature and online games are about competition. It seams i missed few things.
Elite players can board shuttles that transport them quickly to hard-to-reach corners of London
Elite players get access to more gametypes; plebs not allowed into servers or areas where those gametypes are operating
These are 2 more reasons that i as guild owner wouldnt allow pebs to join. Elitez can transport quick while pebs cant. So in other words you are going to "dungeon" with youre guild, and you as elitz will be there quickly and then wait for peebs to arrive 15-20-30 min. That sounds like fun. As guild owner why would you need pebs that dont have access to all the areas? Pebs are useless because some areas are off limit to them.
And what does this mean? Elite players will get new content each month, such as new monsters, new gametypes, new items, and so on
So as peeb you wont have access to addons new weapons are areas? Pebs game will be all the time the same with no changes or i got something wrong here?

Templar -> Guardian and Blademaster
Cabalist -> Summoner and Evoker
Hunter -> Engineer and Marksman
There are mention of 3 subscriber only classes in the wiki, but i think its jsut speculation as Bill Roper didn't mention them in the "elite" list which describes what subscribers get over non-subscribers.
Also..."waaah waaah charging for both the game and a subscription". The monthy fee could be videos of your sodomizing yourself with cactuses if they could get people to pay it. Apparently alot of people don't mind $15 a month. "Its just not right :¨(" Grow up.

Y'all are getting yoru panties twisted in a bind here.
Look folks you get the same game as I do if you don't pay. You get the same toys, same items, but I as a paying customer get a bit more of everything.
Can we both play together? Yes
Can we both get online and go in dungeons? Mostly yes, there a few paid only but not many
Do we get the same items? 99% yes, I get a bit more
Do we both get access to banks, auction houses, guild? yes. I get a bit more and I can create a guild. Whipdedoo.
When new content comes out do we both get it? I get it first you get it a bit later, we both can play when it comes through the pipe.
I'm playing the exact same game as a nonsubscriber but I get a bit more. This is like going to an amusement park and getting a Fast Pass that gets you on rides quicker. I ride the same damn ride as you but since I paid more money for it I get to do it first.
People have been clamoring for this for a while. If you don't want to upgrade to SuperAlpha Bonus Club++ Status then don't. We can both go out, kill fucking demons, and go home at the same time. I just drive a Cadillac while you take the bus. That's it.

Lol and here starts the flaming, and we made it to page 7!!!
I kinda stopped following this game awile ago cause the trailers I saw weren't looking all that great with the really stupid looking guns etc but I'm not gunna let that cloud my judgment. I always welcome another DII clone and I hope this one will finally live up to it. I miss those days of joining games with friends and doin Mephisto runs hoping to get a unique. So all I really care about is them doing the item drops and collectables right as well as the trading system, that's what kept the game going so long.

I say , Welcome to the world of nazi games with dx10 multiplayer third world discrimination mode . The first one is Crysis with they dx9 only or dx10 only servers , the second this game .

I bet if the Internet was as accessible back then the 3d and 3dfx card started to be a minimum system requirement we woud see the same posts as the one BlueSkyz posted. This, just like back then, is the beginning of a new age in gaming, a year or 2 by now we will be back were we are all happy and we bass the kidz that still only have dx9 cards and wonder if their top of the line dx9 card can run game X on minemun with sli.
It is really fun to read old PC gaming magazines, and see how hyped they were abou the first games in 3d, and that was not that long ago.

ummm how can you be downloading client when the client isn't available yet ? I am also in the beta with gamestop....
Either way give a mini review in a couple of days based off this beta.

Hmm...I hope that pre-order program doesnt forget about me because i pre-ordered from crappy walmart. I just wasn't into the armor dye colors from gamestop or bestbuy, and walmart is advertised as part of the program too. Not too hyped about the beta client(not into spoiling any of the experience beforehand) but all the other extras from the pre-order I am waiting for, none too patiently.

For some reason, I have the feeling this is going to be yet another hyped up failure. I was excited about two worlds, looked great, sounded great, great ideas and concepts, then finally when they released it, was nothing other than a crap fest. Though to say the least, I'll keep my head high in hopes of an RPG that lives up to what it's supposed to be, haven't had one in years.

Well the patch 1.5 thats 1.1gig big makes this game playable

if there is no lan play they should of just made an mmo instead. I want to be able to play this on the weekend with my friends when we decide to have a mini lan. WTF are gaming companies thinking that people dont do lans.

they did make an MMO. Just one where you can't have unlimited characters, unlimited bag space, and guild creation.
Other than that you can create a player, play with friends, have fun with it. You want more? you gotta pay.

I actually dont want more I already know what im getting out of it. Just disapointing that there is no LAN support. But I never really saw this game as an MMO. Ah well.
