i hope they do HALO 3 too at least someone needs to upload these that has a KILLER connection the suspense is killin ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish somewhere in the UK would sell Halo 3 early if they did I would be getting it and upping it (fast) With games like that its your duty.

Is Skate confirmed NOT WORKING on PAL machines? Or is this just guess-work?
Not trying to be a smart-ass, i'm just eager to play this, but won't download unless its working.

I'm not a skating fan, but this game is bad ass. The city is HUGE!!! Props go out to EA for slaying Tony Hawk. Don't wait for a scene release, go out and buy this bad boy. It's definitely worth it.

I just bought this today, played around for an hour or so, it seems amazing but GOD do I suck at this game, lol.
I can never seem to keep up decent speed and the camera makes it difficult for me to line up anything, ever.
I fully admit the possibility that I just suck though.

Yup, same here.
I suck so bad at these games. Thp8, well the demo for skate, was the last game played and sure enough; I just suck ass at these games. There is way to many buttons to remember, with combos and just taking of in the air, the akwardness in movements and so on.

I've got a question, can you ride anywhere in the city? Or do you unlock parts of it as you go (THPS8 style)?
Used to be Yondaime but forgot pass and what email I used on it. Doh. I had ~1200 posts or something, been around since NForce started or so, so i'm no new guy.

From what i´ve read, you have the whole city unlocked from the start, but you can unlock skateparks and special areas..

the offical word from EA is that the game ships on the 21st, it takes about a week to get from the warehouse to retail stores so we can buy it on the 28th
hopfully there will be a scene relese arround the 21st so we dont have to wait an extra week

Many stores already have Halo 3. Bungie said that all the shops should have their copies by 18th September (today).
