its easy stealth patching it...just use xdvd mulleter as that is what i use to do my originals....

If a 360 disc is ripped using Xbox Backup Creator then it'll already have the PFI/DMI intact. No need to stealth patch as it'll already be stealthed.

the halo 3 menu looks legit. plus we have seen videos of halo 3 running and other things.
so it's pretty safe to say that some people out there have it now and they're playing it NOW!
could only be a handful of people though, no way to tell how many actually have it.
