I was looking for something similar to Hotspot shiled, its basically used for anonymous surfing.
But the thing is, I'm using XP-64bit, and most of the stuff I found on Download.com similar to hotspot, doest work on the 64bit platform...

nope, doesnt work... most anonymous surf sites are blocked by my ISP

You mean that you can't even access the site or that the downloaded executable doesn't work on x64?
