No, it isn't. Still no widescreen, EA Sports is by far EA's worst division. Atleast the rest of them have a team dedicated to graphics. These guys had one in 2005, made NHL 05, fired them, and then just rehashed them for 3 years and still running.

Terrible game, looks like NHL06, plays like a more sluggish NHL06. I never bothered trying 07, shouldn't have bothered with this one. X360 controller is supported at the very least.

I don't understand why they'd port a PS2 game and re-code it to directx, and then give it an X360 controller interface.... be a lot easier to just port the x360 version over..

Well I thought he was talking about ea sports in general, pc sports gaming isnt that big, its not like fps and all that jazz, it never will be, sports gaming will always be a console thing.

The whole pc line up is current gen bro, only reason I bought a 360 was for sports games and ncaa.

I never understood why people get so excited about the improved player models. The only time you see these improved models is if you are doing replay or something that is close up, but otherwise, you are still spending 95% of your time playing the game in ICE CAM view or some other view at distance which really, looks the same graphic wise year after year. Only if you stop the game and go into other views (which most are not appropriate for playing in) do you see and appreciate these increased polygon models. Besides, I don't think PC users are going to see much improvement graphic wise to this years game. All the bells and whistles are in the console game. A case of same ol' same ol' for PC gamers this year it appears.
