Im using alcohol 120 to mount the images. I cant get it to install properly. I enter the serial key and it begins installing everything is ok. When cd 3 finishes and the meter is full, it asks for cd1 again. Then it says file transfer error or something copying some folders like docs and readmes and it is running for a while then closes. Nothing is installed then after i check program files folder i chose. Anyone have an idea? Is something corrupted? Can someone post the file sizes for the isos for me? I unrared the 3 files ok.
The exact same thing happens with dameon tools. It happens when you have to put cd1 back in after cd 3 finish installing. It says cannot create 'program files/thugs2/docs' or something and then a bunch of "file copy interupted"? messages. Takes a while to delete whatever had been installed and closes If the cds were corrupt or something then it wouldn't have unrared I think? The first cd is 634mb the other two are 764mb right?
Ok I got it to work hehe. What i did was when the error came up i renamed the game directory and cancelled the setup. All the game files were already copied I guess only some docs and extra folder dont copy. But the game seems to work fine heh. I heard there are some install engine problems and stuff with Windows XP SP2 i dunno if it could be that?
